3.1 You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of Nepal.
3.2 You must not use the Website:

(b) to scrape, data‑mine or harvest data from the Website without our prior written consent;
(c) to interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, other users’ accounts or systems;

4.2 You represent and warrant your User Content: you own or have rights to use it; it does not infringe third‑party rights; it is not illegal or defamatory.
4.3 We do not guarantee we monitor all content; however, we may remove or refuse to host User Content at our discretion.
